We cannot give you a real number without seeing the job, and we would not trust anyone who did. What we can tell you is that coming out to look at it and giving you a price costs you nothing.

Once we have looked, you get a firm price. Not a range that moves later — a number. If it is more than you want to spend, tell us and we will talk about what actually has to be done now versus what can wait.

No. No job is too small. One siding panel, one length of gutter, one soft piece of fascia — that is real work and we will come do it.

A lot of our bigger jobs started as somebody calling about one small thing, and plenty of our repair calls are from people who could not get a larger outfit to call them back.

Yes. We come look at the job, tell you what it needs, and give you a price. There is no charge for that and no obligation afterward.

If you want to save us both a trip, text a photo of the problem to 435-229-0738 first. We can usually tell you roughly what you are dealing with from a picture.

One-year warranty on all work. That applies to repairs the same as it applies to full installations.

If something we did is not right inside that year, call us and we will come back and fix it.

All of Washington County, plus Hurricane Valley on the east side of it. That takes in St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Bloomington, Ivins, Diamond Valley, Dammeron Valley, Veyo, Hurricane, La Verkin and Toquerville.

Inside the county there is no trip charge. If you are outside it, ask — we will tell you the number before we drive out, never after.

Usually same day or next day. We answer our own phones and do our own scheduling, so you are getting a real answer from the person who will actually be doing the work.

We take emergency and after-hours calls too. If water is getting in somewhere, do not wait for business hours.

We do — this is a family business, a father and his sons. Nothing is subcontracted out, so the people who quote your job are the people on the ladder, and that has been true since 1994.

That is also why our jobsites stay clean — there is nobody to blame for a mess but us, so we sweep up at the end of every day.
